The American University of Science ("AUS", "University", "university") strives to create an environment that fosters innovation, excellence, and collaboration, always seeking to do so responsibly, ethically, and with integrity. To this end, AUS must have thoughtful, strategic guidelines and policies, and standards that promote the success of its students, faculty, and staff in their daily work. Each AUS working unit maintains its policy repository, which provides information on relevant University Policies and unit-specific policies, guidelines, procedures, and forms. Thus, University Policies are meant to guide and enable AUS community members to uphold AUS’s values and expectations of individuals, promote efficiency, and support compliance with laws and regulations.
